Hey! everyone, So I've been on an diet. Well more of a lifestyle diet. Its basically just, don't eat as much crap as you used to. And its working!!! I now weigh 135!!!!!! It's pretty cool, but I'm still not ready for bathing suits. Unfortunately, I know whats supposed to happen now. Strength exercises... I really suck at doing those! Okay... so not as gushy but i have really changed, I keep a food log, and its pretty easy to maintain.

My only craving so far has been cereal. Not even fattening creal like coco puffs...Im craving special k with strawberries! Wondering why I can't have cereal even if its healthy?
because I need protein and I will eat too much food if I have cereal for breakfast bc it wont fill me up. I have two eggs for breakfast every morning!
