O.K more TIPS!

1. make a realistic plan that you can easily stick too. Make it a little harder as you get more and more reliable.

2. DRINK WATER!

3. Park far away and walk to your destination.

4. Do a food diary. Yikes! honestly, I had tried this in the past and it lasted, at the most, three days. So what I did was I had my mom check it. So when I was going to eat crap, the laziness part of the brain went "Jeez...you aren't even hungry, and If you eat that you'll have to write it down...and talk about why you ate it with you mom...better not eat it. "

5. Stop eating crap.



really easy and obvious, but do them anyways.

So, If the picture didn't tip you off, I will tell you...today was my birthday...which means birthday cake. Thankfully, my friends helped me eat it. I tried not to be mean to myself and had about 4 big bites. So I didn't binge...I had a healthy amount. So now that I think of it...I didn't do too terrible. I actuall had a terrific birthday, not anything my sweet sixteen on mtv but homey,cute and wonderful. My friends gave me the cutest stuuf [hand made domo- kun] I love em. Okay...time to walk! Yay! I'm so glad I dont jog anymore I used to dread it!

Er...so it happened again
I was sooo psyched
but it only lasted for a week
not that im not dieting, I am.
I am just less strict [2 hot chocolates]

and I haven't excercized ALL week.

So I have not gained weight but I haven't lost any either.
How do I kick start my weightloss?

heres what I did:
Gave my mum an *excercise plan and a 100 dollars.

"If I dont do this you can keep the money."
"Really?"
"Yep"

It's really simple. i just walk everyday.

I can do it.

Actually...just had an idea...why don't I do this every week?
Give my mum money in advance that she gets to keep unless I keep to my excersice schedule. Brilliant!!!

back to school monday!
and yes I know it's Friday with two full days ahead to go
but still...I like getting back into my routine


ok all, heres the simple plan

I exercise[walk] 6 days a week
i do strength twice a week
and on Saturday I do my workout video.
I got the Jillian 30 day shred from netflix!


Yay! Im excited!
I think the commitments low egnough so that I can do it.
spring break has been fun
I just walk all day. On monday I walked for 3! hours!
It's pretty cool, I like being excited and pumped instead of scared.
this diet is really working and it's easy.
[eat less crap]
actually I eat no crap, just breakfast, lunch and dinner
I dont usually snack, but It's ok cause I'm not usually hungry.
I love resisting food.

just dont even consider it, pretend its something gross or paper-like/fake
and the temptation is gone
if your tempted watch someone else eat
[this repulses me and I end up drinking a lot of water]

A litle bit of gushing!!!!

Hey! everyone, So I've been on an diet. Well more of a lifestyle diet. Its basically just, don't eat as much crap as you used to. And its working!!! I now weigh 135!!!!!! It's pretty cool, but I'm still not ready for bathing suits. Unfortunately, I know whats supposed to happen now. Strength exercises... I really suck at doing those! Okay... so not as gushy but i have really changed, I keep a food log, and its pretty easy to maintain.

My only craving so far has been cereal. Not even fattening creal like coco puffs...Im craving special k with strawberries! Wondering why I can't have cereal even if its healthy?
because I need protein and I will eat too much food if I have cereal for breakfast bc it wont fill me up. I have two eggs for breakfast every morning!
