
1. make a realistic plan that you can easily stick too. Make it a little harder as you get more and more reliable.
2. DRINK WATER!
3. Park far away and walk to your destination.
4. Do a food diary. Yikes! honestly, I had tried this in the past and it lasted, at the most, three days. So what I did was I had my mom check it. So when I was going to eat crap, the laziness part of the brain went "Jeez...you aren't even hungry, and If you eat that you'll have to write it down...and talk about why you ate it with you mom...better not eat it. "
5. Stop eating crap.
really easy and obvious, but do them anyways.
