i jogged
mon-thurs

i think ill do the same 4min
thing again
just run faster

cause now i run really slow

the only problem is i havent been eating good
i always have a cookie at lunch
and smoothies/frappuchinos

I Ran

i ran
im glad.

what im doing

Walk for 4 minutes, then jog for 4 minutes. Repeat 4 times.
i do it every night

i also walk briskly for 40 minutes in the morning
and i eat healthy

ashamed

i am

perfect adjective to describe how i feel
my innards are twisting and i feel
like tears are being held back by a screen

why!why?why.

i did this to myself. this is why, im not who, what i want to be

i have no self control

i am a dog, with its tail between its legs

a shut-in. too afraid to face it, the world
the judgemental world

i run tonight
i will sweat out all these feelings
and look on this post tommorow and laugh
"how morbid! how dramatic!"
