tips?


No im not asking, Im Giving!


1. When your're about to snack, ask yourself "Am I hungry?"

2. Drink Alot of water.

3. Put exercise gear on earlier than usual so you HAVE to exercise.

4. Dont say just 1 bite, bc you will end up eating the whole thing

5. make it a habit, dont obsses or stress


simple? obvious? well then do it


oh yeah i weigh 142!

It always happens

my lack of willpower once again...screws me over

I mean I've been exercising (walking 50 mins)


i weigh 146
so yeah lost a pound!

but that was winter. And now its like almost summer...

and I think I will automatically lose some weight
