aah new plan

haha
as i secretly suspected my whole
"Im gonna run everyday!this is a new me! blahblah ect!"
kinda fell through
so new pan

mon- run 5 mins walk 4 mins
do 3 times
tues- triceps, biceps
50 each
weds- inner thighs
200 each
thurs- shoulders, triceps, biceps
50 each
fri- run mins walk 4 mins
do 3 times


yay! on most days all that is like less than 30 (less than 10?)
cept for the running!
