I changed my mind about running -For Now!- I am just going to walk a ton and do light intervals, mainly going to focus on pilates and weight.

before breakfast and after lunch.

I have to say I am mad jealous of her results.

Summer School is finally over. Obsession w/ ex. and losing weight now commencing.

Today was my last day of pigging out and NOT exercising. At least 30 minutes of walking a day is mandatory, even if I am sore!!!

I think the thing that has been stopping me the most from exercising is THE SUN. It doesn't go down till 9!!! I know I could run at 7 or 8 in BROAD DAYLIGHT! But that thought keeps me stuffing donuts down my throat in fear. I would exercise in the morning, but I have summer school. And it doesn't start till 8, that really shouldn't be a problem, but I don't attend summer school at MY school that is close to my house. I attend a school that takes 25 minutes to drive too. So barf. But it ends this friday and I'm dedicating the rest of my summer to losing weight, doing my summer assignments and de-cluttering my life.
